DISCOVERY OF VARIABLE STAR IN CYGNUS

The Variable has temporary designation of VSX J194712.7+361748 for now. It looks like a near-contact binary system. It is discovered while obtaining the minima of V0809 Cyg on September 2, 2009. With the help and guidance of Christopher Lloyd, the system observed and phase-plot obtained in a month. Many thanks to him.
